Hello guys,

Does anyone know of free source thread pool , which can be configured using JMX.
I had a look at apache threadpool in commons but its a dormant project, unless I get my head around whole of code.

thanks,
Abhinav Mathur
hello Guys,
I am designing a portal application conforming to JSR168 or WSRP.
The problem is integrating the content from disparate sources of web content, the web applications written in PERL, Business objects , XSL etc.
It would be great if some one who has developed similar stuff to help me out.

Hello,
The project requirement is to write bulk insert and retrival system using webservices.
My problem is I am bit skeptical of using bulk selects and inserts using web
services in terms of performance.
Has anyone been there and done that...
Please let me know...

Hello all,
I need to display zipped or java archived (jar / war) html files in tomcat , using any existing functionality in tomcat.

The requirement is to zip / archive all HTML files on webserver and display them without expanding them when requested .

Hello All,
I have a resultset which I want to hold in a java collection rather than resultset object after query.
Whats the best way of holding the Resultset data, It can be assumed that there are going to be good number of rows and columns of varying types.

Hello all,
I have few pages in my application which tend to expire if I go back from the browser button, while few of them don't expire.

I am quite not able to follow what makes the pages to expire if you use back button of browser.

Any ideas ....

Hi ,
I have written a context listener and ported it under the web-inf/classes folder.
While declaring it in the web app using <listener> tag the tomcat complains of
PARSE error at line 60 column 15
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element type "listener" must be declared.
Can anyone let me know where the problem is.
