one of the cloud computing thought-leaders, has been working in the software industry for more than 11 years with high profile and diverse experience in software design and development in e-commerce, BPM, EAI, Web 2.0, Banking applications, financial market, Java and J2EE, HIPAA, SOX, BPEL, SOA, Linux Server Security hardening and cloud security, and late four years with the focus on virtualization technology and cloud computing. Promotes for Cloud Computing topics nationally in conferences, focus groups, and research activities, and internationally in technical papers, books contribution, and international groups working in the field. Has a Master Degree in computer science, in performance evaluation and workload characterization in the cloud and virtualized environment.

He has been awarded in recognition of innovation and thought leadership while working as an IT Specialist at EDS (HP now).

He worked in several positions in software architecture and research and development; worked for Qlayer, Acquired by Sun Microsystems, when his passion about cloud computing and virtualization started.

Mohamed is also a co-author in Willy Book about cloud (Cloud Computing, Principals and Paradigm, Wily US, 2011), and also "Computational and Data Grids: Principles, Designs, and Applications"

He is a Chairman of the board for the Cloud Security Alliance, Egypt chapter, and the founder of EgyptCloudForum; a professional non-profit open community for cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Well, in situations such as millions of users in pilgrimage in Mekka or millions of tweets as the case in uprising in Tahreerdrhadeel square in Egypt ... These situations are what I meant by crowd sourcing

Thanks Garry for clarifications ... It seems from all responses I got is that Hadoop may not the best options for hard real time processing, but at least it is capable of processing large base of data with an adequate speed.
