That's generally true, but the container is free to take a servlet out of service and put it back into service at any time it chooses. So you can't rely on it only happening once.

when ever i try to start listener {I Just Have Only One Oracle Database}
i get this following

LSNRCTL> status

I really don't know what is the problem my tnsnames.ora and listener looks fine to me , please help me out

I kind of understood what might be the problem , may be your debit card is not accepted through Online , same thing happened for me with UCO Bank (2 years ago).

i'm a Java Developer with 1.7 year Experienced , i cleared last sunday [A company], still waiting for offer letter , i have lost my patience ,(Called Today)they are saying, the new VP has announced JOB Cuts !
I lost job , the job i was working also lost(due to some other parameters) ! , Can i take chance working with part time job ? , can it give healthy career ? !!

But it's hard to know that , if you don't utilize the capacity it would result in waste of resouce , even though the capacity get's increased by 50 percent for Vector twice.
