Hi
I am trying to establish connectivity between apache 1.3.23 & tomcat 4.1.24 on linux machine.
I am unable to download the mod_jk.so file from jakarta.apache.org. Can anybody throw some light on where can i download that and the steps to configure the connectivity between apache and tomcat.
As well as, is there a way to make jboss to talk to apache.
Any idea will be appreciated.

Just have a look for jboss-service.xml. Mostly it will be under JBOSS_HOME_DIR/server/default/deploy/jbossweb.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml.
Search for name="jetty.port". You can find the port no. there. Edit it as per ur requirements and restart the jboss server.

Hi
I am having jboss 3.2.1 in machine A and tomcat 4.1.18 on machine B.
I need to configure so that jboss and tomcat should communicate with each other. (Pls note that my requirements says not to use jboss tomcat bundled installation)
My questions are
1. what are the steps i need to do inorder to configure jboss and tomcat (step by step approach)?
2. is there any examples available so that i can test the configuration after deploying it?
(for ur kind information, i am not a java guy and i need the step by step kind of approach)
Can anyone help me in this regard??? (Pleaseeeee)
