Jetbrains runs a contest for IntelliJ IDEA theme plugins with gifts ranging from $1000 to $300.
Creating an IDEA theme plugin is a pretty easy work. All you have to do is choose an existing plugin like "Light" or "Dracula" and change a few things like colors, icons, borders, images, etc on a simple JSON file. Here's more about how to create a theme this way:

The top-voted theme plugin will win a $1000 Amazon gift card.
