How to make exe in Visual Cafe & JBuilder

I have started using Visual cafe & JBuilder for the software development.But I don't know how to make exe from (like we make exe in Visual Basic).Please help.

in visual cafe
go to project--> options--> project type
from the drop down select win32 application
