jsp+bean+ ( sqlserver or mysql )
plz tell site which u personally know or have hosted there.

Well, since you are not actually offering a job, I am going to close this post.
We don't have a "Hosting Services" forum, so perhaps . . . General Computing?? Servers??
However, the fact is that you are not registered, and you need to be in order to post such a question in a real forum.
So please Register and then re-post your request in an appropriate forum.
PS: JavaRanch uses ejip.net as their hosting service. I don't know how their pricing compares. I would expect that JavaRanch experiences a bit more traffic than you are going to start out with .
