Large fortune 100 company located in Mid-town Manhattan is seeking to bolster their already strong development team with top J2EE Developers. Ideal candidate will have solid experience working on enterprise level application development.
Responsibilities:
�Provide leadership to drive the technical effort across development teams.
�Understand business requirements and how to best leverage the technology to meet delivery goals.
�Work closely with project management to assure adequate technical directions are followed and issues are addressed.
�Mentor and advise all levels of development staff and work closely with Database & Web Architects.
�Oversee design and code reviews and assure adherence to best practices.
�Produce design, code, process, etc. guidelines as required.
�Hands-on infrastructure and application development activities as needed.

Qualifications:
Overall Java Development experience 4-5 years.
Superior knowledge and experience with J2EE development with a focus on Java Applets and EJBs 2.0
Experience and knowledge with the following technologies:
�JSP
�Javascript
�XML
�Javaswing
