J2EE development
�Excellent communication skills / Team player attitude / Knowledge of class modeling/ Attention to detail / Proactive self-starter requiring minimum supervision / Good problem solving ability using a systematic/methodical approach / Adherence to pre-defined architectural constraints
Additional desired skills:
�Sun Java certified / Systems life cycle development / Experience building and implementing a regression testing suite / Swing / TogetherSoft

The client seeks experienced Java programmers to augment existing staff on an exciting project. This project has been in development for 18 months. This project satisfies the needs of our core business and that of our parent company. The travel requirements are minimal, involving one or two days per months, on average, to Columbus, Ohio. The clients advanced architecture is one of this projects strongest points.
