Java Software Engineers needed 6 month contract

We have been asked by Northrop Grumman, the Defense Contractor to provide them with 9 very strong Java Software Engineers. The job is listed below in detail. If you meet all the requirements, or feel you are a close match, please let me know. You either must be a US Citizen or Naturalized. No Green Card holders or Visa holders are eligible. If you have either EGate or JRules experience, but do not meet all the other requirements, we are still interested in talking to you. This job is located in Fallon, IL and will go for 6 months. MUST BE A US CITIZEN, Local Candidate Preferred (but will hire over phone for out of town candidates) to do M-F 8-5 with some overtime.
Analyze, Design, Develop, Test, Implement, and Maintain GTN21 system components. Familiarity with web
enabled multi-tier component-based applications is required. Familiarity with Relational DBMSs, Portal
Frameworks, IBI WebFocus, SeeBeyond E-Gate, JRules, BEA WebLogic, Java, Windows NT/2K, and Unix, are
strongly desired. Familiarity with Java, EJBs or C++ is desired. Familiarity with Unix required. Perform
requirements analysis and definition; design, code, unit test, and integrate GTN21 software, hardware,
and networks; participate in code inspections/peer reviews; support development of users manual.Education
and Experience: 5 years with Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline desired.
Skilled in software development using Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) component-based tools and methodologies.
Required experience includes developing Java servlet based user interfaces, developing Enterprise Java
Bean components encapsulating business rules, entity bean development with relational databases a plus,
developing multi-tiered applications e.g., incorporating a user interface layer, a business logic layer,
and a data object/access layer. Experience and familiarity with the Rational Unified Process and the
Unified Modeling Language a plus. Prior experience with large-scale program integration is desired. Experience
developing in a Windows NT/2000 and Unix environment incorporating COTS/GOTS technology a plus. Prior
transportation or supply chain management experience is highly desirable.
