weblogic 8.1+eclipse3.2+JSP debugging

Hi all,

I know it's not new question.
but i am not able to find out answer.

so can you please anybody tell me how to debug JSP/Web application
Using Eclipse 3.2 on weblogic 8.1 server.

and i need a plugin so that i can just unzip it in my plugins folder
of Eclipse and some settings if necessary.
