The Senior Consultant�s Mission
Senior Consultants provide expertise in the execution stages of the development process. They assist in developing and implementing business architectures and processes, using Agentis GOAL TM methodology, as well as designing and implementing interfaces to existing systems. Senior Consultants also participate in developing our Professional Services Best Practices.
The Senior Consultant�s Profile
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in experience implementing medium to large-scale distributed applications with at least 5 years in an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on technical skills (
Java & J2EE/EJB required)
- Solid working knowledge of UNIX and NT environments
- Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies
-Experience in one or more of the following technologies; CORBA/IIOP and enterprise software packages.
-Preferred candidates will have experience with UML and databases.
ATTRIBUTES
- Willing and able to travel 50% or more
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership and customer interaction skills
- Flexible in methodology & approach, especially toward using the Agentis platform.
EDUCATION
- Undergrad or grad degree in computer science or equivalent.
The Senior Consultant�s Compensation
First year's cash compensation is estimated at $100 � 110k, (including base salary plus quarterly bonuses) along with a generous helping of pre-public stock options, and a full benefits package.
