requires plugin org.apache.ant in myeclipse

I'm going to configure android in eclipse but getting the following error
requires plug in

org.apache.ant

in my eclipse
please look into the screen shot

can anybody help me with all the steps,
considering the fact i new in android.

I don't suppose you'd like to edit your display name to be a little more informative? Technically, I suppose you conform to our naming requirements, but a name as terse as "k dey" is a bit cryptic, and we prefer to feel like we're dealing with real people. We don't charge by the letter.

Anyway, there is an Ant plugin that comes with the Java developer versions of Eclipse, so you shouldn't be seeing this message unless either your copy of Eclipse is damaged or it isn't one that includes the Java developer plugins.

I have Android development installed. I'm using a copy of the Europa distribution of Eclipse v3.3. The actual Ant plugin is for Ant 2.7, but there was no problem.

Can anybody tell me how to include ant plugin in eclipse.
kindly kindly give me the steps in detail.
i'm using eclipse europa in windows xp.
