Hi
I have gone through Thomas article ..
one small doubt, How much I know '.' is used to denote current working directory.
When I run my Ant script, it is taking '.' as '..' I mean one before the working directory.
When I run ant from here:
D:\EJB\forJBoss\Example\examples\build>ant intro-interest-jar
for this path I echoed the message for '.'
and this is what I got :
D:\EJB\forJBoss\Example\examples
I am using Ant 1.4.1 with JBoss2.4.4 and Tomcat4.0.1
Why is '.' showing one before the current working directory?
CMIW
TIA

sorry for bothering u guys ...
from Ant doc:
basedir => the base directory from which all path calculations are done. This attribute might be overridden by setting the "basedir" property beforehand. When this is done, it must be omitted in the project tag. If neither the attribute nor the property have been set, the parent directory of the buildfile will be used.
and basedir = "." is also equal to default value .. just checked it ..
Now I think I must sleep ... OK good night
