On a different note I would like to ask something about the recruiting policy at Accenture Bangalore. I would be really grateful if you could answer my query.. or may be provide me a mail id/ contact no. where I can inquire about the same.
I wanted to know about the application process, qualifications, experience required etc to get into the Technological Consulting wing of Accenture Consulting, Bangalore, India. Do they have a preference for MBAs or tech people with goodd skills and experience. I tried their web site but I could find no concrete info. Also most of the openings were currently for Accenture Technology Solutions not Accenture Consulting. I am not looking for a move now, but wanted to know in terms of the future.. like should I go for my MBA etc...
I am a B.tech from NIT, Jaipur currently working with a software MNC in delhi and have around 1.5 years ex in java...

They provide very expensive solutions when cheaper ones would suffice. I also heard that some of their "analyst/consultants" once used Microsoft Word to write a website for a client and charged them a six figure sum and ran off.

Remember, Accenture were renamed from "Andersen Consulting" - the disgraced firm involved in the Enron collapse.
