Your Mission
As the primary technical interface between Lohika�s clients and our offshore engineering team, your efforts are key to ensuring that clients receive their custom developed software as prescribed by the original customer requirements/PRDs that you have submitted. Using your technical ability as well as your relationship building skills, you�ll ensure that Lohika consistently exceeds customers� expectations!
Your Responsibilities
- Be the key interface between our client R&D organizations & Lohika�s offshore development teams
- Gather customer requirements & submit PRDs
- Review technical documentation & code releases from our offshore team
- Working with the offshore project manager, you�ll set & track project milestones & status
- By understanding the customer�s development processes, you�ll be our in-house expert on the customer�s products & technology & be able to respond to detailed technical questions
- Perform code reviews & monitor software bugs in our tracking system
Your Profile
Our ideal candidate has a software development background with strong customer-facing skills and project management abilities.
Technical : 10+ years of product development experience with expertise in:
- Win, Linux, C++,
Java,
JSP, Python, HTML
- .NET, email technology, SMTP, MTA, MUA (a plus)
- Product design, QA, builds, source control, bug tracking
- Supreme customer-facing skills
- Outstanding communications to obtain information quickly & formulate tech spec�s & PRDs
- Background in project and/or product management would be helpful
Attributes: high energy, meticulous about details, customer-focused, natural leadership, relationship builder, honest, credible, committed, consulting polish
Education: BSEE or BSCS degree; MS degree would be a plus.
