Software Developer � User Interface - Full Time/Perm.
Richardson, TX

Our client is the leading provider of enterprise network configuration and change management solutions that automate critical change, compliance, and activation processes.


Responsibilities:
�Individual and collaborative design of product capabilities and corresponding user interface.
�Individual contributor responsible for the implementation and optimization of the user interface software
�Work closely with other software and QA engineers to build a quality product

Mandatory Qualifications:
�BS in Computer Science or equivalent
�Minimum of three (3) years developing GUIs for client-server or distributed applications
�Minimum of five (5) years experience writing solid code in Java, Swing, XML
�Java Programmers Certification and Java Developers Certification
�Thorough knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and standard software design patterns
�Direct experience with the design and implementation of client-server applications and architectures
�Strong interface design sense and focus on usability demonstrated through the delivery of interactive products and applications
�Strong technical written and verbal communication in English
�Committed to shipping excellent products
�Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications:
�Strong background in IP networking and network devices
�Experience with OSS, NMS, or network element management systems
�Desire and ability to contribute in all phases of the product development lifecycle
�Success working as part of a software development team


Salary: 80k-95K + a comprehensive compensation package including
medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) plan, personal time off,
and stock options.
