Integration Architect


As an Integration architect, you are responsible for defining and implementing the Integration architecture and that includes EAI, B2B , Process and Data Integration scenarios. This includes playing a role of an architect or technical lead to ensure all technical delivery around Integration is completed on time and on budget.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an integration Architect, you are responsible for developing and maintaining expert level skills on Integration technology. This includes being an expert in B2B, B2C, middleware and Data Integration approaches. You'd be required to work closely with the Technical Architect and other team members to integrate new J2EE based enterprise application with existing architectures, platforms, Back End and applications. Provide input to business processes and functionality of Legacy systems.


Participating as an architect or lead, in projects, requires technical expertise, project management expertise and client management expertise. And, as a key member of the organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the program manager to understand the client expectations. It also requires working closely with other application and database groups, offshore development and third-party vendors to ensure high quality, on time, delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* 8 to 10 years or more total software experience with 5 or more years in Integration and database technologies.

*Consulting experience preferred.

*Strong technical foundation in Oracle database and Weblogic application server is required. Hands on skills a must.

*Solid Integration experience required in one or two of the following areas:


*Must have experience with EAI implementations using messaging middleware


*Must have experience with XML technologies

*Experience with B2B implementations desireable

*Experience with SOA. BPEL experience desirable.

*Experience integrating with Oracle database.

*Workflow experience desirable.

*Development skills in Java and PL/SQL desirable

*Experience in competing Integration technologies will be considered as long as the experience includes Oracle and other relational database technologies (Application Server or Oracle DB, SQL Servers) desirable.


EDUCATION

Minimum four-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
