We are searching for
Java Consultants who are available now or in the future to work on projects at our client sites in the Baltimore area or at our Development Center in north Baltimore city. We work with W2 hourly consultants and independent consultants. We will work with independents on a 1099 or corp-to-corp basis, but we prefer no 3rd parties (i.e. we want the company to be owned by the person who will do the work for us, please). Our W2 consultants receive full G1440 benefits (medical, dental, STD, LTD, life insurance, 401k).
The rates that we will pay vary by skill level, years of experience, project, type of arrangement (W2 or 1099), etc., but can range from 45/hr to 80/hr.
Our projects typically involve the following Java technologies - Java,

JSP, JavaScript, Hibernate,
Struts,
Jboss, Weblogic,
JDBC.
