Currently searching for a Sr.
J2EE Developer/Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and input to server side development team.The right candidate will need a significant expertise in J2EE Design
Patterns and mentor other team members.
Specific tasks include(but not limited too):
�Leading the team in re-design/architecting of server side and application/component enhancements
�Implementing service provider and client integration based on delivery schedule.
�Works with management to implement initiatives for improving development efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline, advanced degree preferred.
Must have at least 4+ years of experience developing J2EE applications.
Must have proven experience applying design patterns in architecture and design including design and development of application frameworks.
Requires strong skills in OOAD and UML modeling and expertise in use case analysis, object and sequence diagrams.
Requires demonstrated understanding of integration architecture and SOA. Integration principals and an understanding of performance issues with
Java servers and related tuning parameters.
This position is located in the Toronto,Canada area, local candidates are encouraged to apply however, all Canadian and US candidates who are interested in relocation will also be considered.
