I have some Data/Time fields on the HTML. And Ideally, I would like to be able to click on a small icon and popup a window to select Date/Time. Has anybody done this in JavaScript(or other way)?

Yes, that is exactly what I wanted. Either form value or innerHTML is fine, I can choose to use one.
