Hi,
I am trying to implement a workflow manager as a stateless session bean on WAS 4.0.x. When accessed from a client, a method of this EJB reads an XML document, and traverses a workflow. The activities in this flow consist of web services that perform various tasks. Once the flow has been executed, control is returned to the EJB method - esentially, the EJB method acts as a long running task. However at this point a CORBA NO RESONSE exception occurs on the client side. I know there is a timeout value for the Java ORB in WAS, but it is not recommended that this be changed.
I would be most grateful for any input anyone could provide
Thanks a lot

Please do not cross post at the Ranch! Plus your name does not fit the naming policy of the ranch.
