Hi there,

We have a requirement for our Direct Client for the position of Java Swing Consultant.

Location: Redwood City, CA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Open

Description:
Design, develop, implement, document and maintain software for Internal R&D Lab Data Management System. Implement client/server code in a rapid development team environment using a Swing GUI on the client and EJB/Oracle Database on the server. Responsible for producing quality well tested Java code without the help of a QA/QC group. Work closely with other team members, including scientists.

Skills & Requirements:
�BSCS or equivalent and 9+ years of experience.
�2 years GUI development using Java Swing
�Java (J2EE & J2SE) Application development experience on Windows platform.
�Experience developing using UML, the Rational Unified Process or Extreme Programming
�Strong Java, J2EE experience using JBoss
�Knowledge of EJB (Entity Beans using CMP and Session Beans)
�Some Data Modeling, Oracle database experience, JDBC is a plus
�Good Communication skills
