Position: Java Developer
Location: Irvine, California
Term: Permanent, full-time
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 yr + benefits.

Our client is a small, elite consulting company with major clients throughout Southern California. We are current recruiting a Java Developer to add to their superb technical team.

Conduct and participate in the research, design and development of systems software, software applications and/or tools for new programs and subprograms as well as enhancements, modifications and corrections to existing software.
Design, code, test, integrate and document software solutions.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
3+ years experience in software development of complex systems.
Minimum of 2 years experience with J2EE including JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, HTML.
Desired experience: XML/XSL, PVCS, Struts, JMS, Web Services
Experience applying Design Patterns.
Experience developing highly scaleable web applications.
Be able to accurately provided work estimates and deliver projects on schedule.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card).
