getting selected fields from multiple select

Hello,
I have a multiple select from which I want to get selected fields, if I do the following only one field is being displayed on action page:

On submit page:

What should I do to receive the rest of the fields?

Your select element is not properly formatted for a ,ulti-selection list.
Since this is purely and HTML issue, shuffling off to the HTML/Javascript forum.

In order for multiple selection to work, the select element must be a "list". You format a select as a list by providing a size attribute (which specifies how many rows are displayed).
Here's a reference that I use often.

How do I get all the elements of this select? I remember I used a query array for all elements of the form, but don't remember exact syntax.

In your servlet/JSP be sure to use request.getParameterValues( "components" ) to retrieve your params (or any parameter that might have more than one value).
