Combo box selection problem in jsp

Hai all,

I have some problem in combo box..I taken from database and filled in combo..but i need this one when i select combo that particular values displays in text boxes based on combo value..I did onchange event also but have some problem..pls give some suggestions

on change go to the server again.
query the db, if needed.
come to the same page and populate the fields.

simple . if not please come again.
