hi, i have seen some features from web content management system which allow user copy and paste certain part of existing webpage from other webpage and allow to save it as new interface

eric, will it be difficult to do that ? can you please show me the idea to do that features ?

Essentially, you would want a link/button that provides the html code for the web page piece. For example, you could put it in a big textbox. Then the user could copy it elsewhere.

For an example, look at how they provide the scripts for download at javascript.internet.com/ It's fairly involved, but possible.
