I am using servlets and JSP and in my web application. When users enter some data in a form and resize or iconize browser window, all the data entered is lost. How to avoid this? This is happening in both Netscape and IE.

This has nothing to do with JSP or Servlets (they live on the server).
Someone in HTML Javascript might have some tips for you.

resizing the browser should not effect form fields, refresh might. That is all dependent on browser settings normally.
