Please forgive my interruption to the technical discussion. My company, CMI, has been entrusted with a search for 2 full-time employees to work with our direct client in the San Jose area, CA. These positions are with a well-known software solutions provider. Details follow:

We're looking for strong software engineers to be major contributors to our growing team.

As a Software Engineer you will:
�Develop major features and components of our suite of software products
�Work with product designers, interaction designers, and QA to deliver superior quality software
�Help design and implement major features and components from requirements
�Attend design reviews
�Mentor junior developers

�4+ years experience developing complex software
�Good knowledge of Java
�Good knowledge of J2EE, and distributed technologies
�Good knowledge of Web Based GUI technologies (HTML, Javascript, JSP)
�Experience with Struts, Hibernate and AJAX a big plus.
�Experience developing enterprise software
�Good written and oral communication skills
�Energetic and Self Motivated
�BS in Computer Science or equivalent, Master Degree a plus
