Hi

i have one jsp file like abc.jsp
In abc.jsp we have url=../servlet/..........;
iam using document.location.replace(url);
it is working fine, but the path of url is displayed on title bar.

now iam writing like this
document.location.replace("<%=url%>");
alert("dev");
document.title = "<%=reportTitle%>";
it is working fine. title is displayed. but problem is when i remove the alert statement from above code the control is not goes to the downpart.

can u help me as soon as possible.

Why don't you just have the title on the next page? If there is no title then the url shows up. You can try putting the title before it, but it might not show up.
