Our Educational Learning Center is currently looking for a technology leader to manage a staff of 4+.
If you have been involved in leading cutting edge technology and have been responsible for driving new technology initiatives across organizations then

Description:

Drives the design and development of digital media and web strategies. Drive wireless technologies (ex. Hotspots, etc.). Acts as technical project manager to research and develop efficient operational program solutions. Leads development of new processes and applications of technology for automation. Effectively defines scopes of work, manages project budgets and resource allocation. Create staff development plans for direct reports, provide feedback and performance evaluations. Create a team environment and participate in the hiring of new staff. Sort thru and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, both leveraging existing intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts. Provide methodological support, coaching, and training to department staff. Understands basic financial analysis; cost analysis, ROI, etc.

Qualifications:

8-10+ years of business experience, including a minimum of 5 years management-level experience in information systems and IT services, preferably in a complex operating environment.
Bachelor�s Degree, preferably in information systems or related field and MBA or advanced quantitative degree a plus.
Proven experience with high-tech . . . trend-setting technologies.
Proven project management experience.
Excellent supervisory skills.
Ability to address business needs with technology solutions and adapt to changing business requirements.
Proven leadership in a matrix organization.
Ability to effectively manage change and drive process improvement.
Proven team and organization building experience; ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
