Hi people
I am starting out on my journey on building a website.
What i want to know is, is there a GuideLines to developing a good website or a Qualification Guidelines for a user friendly site?
I hope you got what i am trying to get at..

There are no rules. You can read section 508 if you are really worried. EWW,

Basically if you would goto the site and not cringe at it, then it is a good site. Just have to make sure that your navigation is friendly and that people do not have to hunt and peck to get information.
