how to create a warning pop up?

Hi,
please tell me that how can i use a pop up on certain event.
Like when i click on "cancel" button i want that it should display a warning message....i.e.,
"Are you sure you want to delete it?"
Button-"Yes" "No"
Check Box() "Dont show this message again"


that is my problem..
please give me idea...

You can do it with javascript
In javascript there is confirm keyword .You can use it .Sample code is
var message="Do you want to delete it.";
if(confirm(message))
{
write your code when user press ok
}
else
{
write your code when user press no
}
