open excel file in html page along with toolbar

Hi,
I want to open an Excel file inside HTML page with tool bars.
I mean to say i have an application in which when user clicks on button it will open an pop up and inside that pop up excel file is embeded.The excel file is opened properly.But now the problem is tool bar is not coming for that excel file.
If you have solution for this kindly let me know..
