Candidate must currently be in the USA (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or have a valid H1B Visa) Corp 2 Corp ok

Location: Columbus OH
Rate: OPEN
Duration: Long Term

The Manager is very specific and these skills need to be outlined in the resume.
The candidate can not just "say" that they have these skills, it needs to be in the resume.

1) JRule 6.5
2) JRules 5.1
3) BRE and BRE concepts Architecture
4 ) Decision Tables
5) Decision Trees
6) BAL
7) IRL

In addition the candidate would need to be able to code in 5.1 and be able
understand the ramifications of this development relative to 6.5 upgrades.

I also must have the following as well as the more specialized skillset
listed above:
1) XML
2) XML validation and translations
3) WAS 5.1
4) WAS 6.0
5) Equivalent versions of RAD.
6) XML
7) J2EE / POJO
8) SQL
