I want to develop a servlet which takes data from the JMS Queue/Topic and shows it to the client in a table and the table has to be updated every 30 seconds.

How can this be implemented ??

You have at least two options. A simple solution would be to add something like this to your html header:

If you need better control over exactly how you refresh and from where, you could add this javascript to your html document's header:

... defining the javascript refresh() method to refresh either the entire page or update just the contents of your table.
