USD 800 for 80 Hrs assignment is half the rate you're offering for outsourcing! Difficult to get good J2EE developer for this rate I'd say. A fair rate would be between 15-20 USD per hour.

Interesting web site. What are you basing the claim of "world class training" on? How is it different from other training methods or schools?

Also interesting is the fact that
1. There is no physical address of the company on their website
2. Their faculties do not have any name (they are just numbers)

It's really funny to see the same person came back to Javaranch with the same requirment. If I'm not mistaking around 4 months back, this gentleman came to the ranch and post the same issue. That time offer was in Indian Rupee. only INR-3000.
After some intial discussion when it was about to be started as per him, he sent me a mail saying it's on hold.
This time the offer is $800-$1000, looks like he hiked it.

Sorry guys
Did not came back to this post as was busy in work.
Ulf we were calling it world class training because we had trained people in India, South Africa and USA. Our training was a combination of theory and practicals. Fresh college grads or people who had no programming background learned the complete development cycle.
And from the feedback we had received, we thought it was pretty good compared to what you get in training schools.
The faculty name was not put on site as they were pursuing full time jobs and their employers might not have liked it.
And generally you do not find faculty names on site.
I had posted earlier looking for some developers(freshers) who could work on some personal project.
This posting is for a project which I had got in US that is why was offering a higher compensation.

All said and done I got an excellent resource within this budget and we completed the project on time.

Thanks
