Does anybody have a clue on printing on both sides of a page in XSL-FO ?

I don't really understand what you are asking.
XSL:FO is a specification for how to describe the formatting of data in a document. Surely whether you print on both sides of the paper depends on your printer settings, or maybe on an option in whatever software you use to print your generated document.
Please tell a bit more about what you expect to be able to do with XSL:FO.
