Is DTD case sensetive? E.g.
Are <!ENTITY %A "abc"> and <!entity %a "abc"> the
same? Thanks.

<!entity %A "abc"> is illegal.
And then, element/attributes names in XML are case-sensitive, so DTD must be case-sensitive also!
