I have a mapping table in XSLT ,it converts 30+ different
text types from A(source xml file) to B(target File)'s types.
secondly I have to check the B types, in this case, my stylesheet
need to access the already parsed part in my target file, is it
possible to do this?
What i need is only to set a variable depends on the B type, but the xsl:variable can not have its value changed.
Does anybody have better solution?
thanks,
Roy

Do you want to read the B types for an another file ? or is it located in the same XSL itself ?
xsl:variable value can be changed, but you cannot treat them as global variable.

Please give some code snippets of your XSLT...
