Hi,
I'd love to find out if there is a study or discussion group or set of threads about this book, but haven't yet found anything.
Any ideas? Theres a lot of wisdom here but it would be easier with some help!
Thanks,
Steven

There are a number of articles on the TogetherSoft site, although I suspect these are well covered in the book. Sorry I can't give any pointers.
regards,
paul.

I have this book and thought some of the patterns presented in it to be potentially useful. I'd be more than glad to chime in if you would like to discuss any particular section of it.

Thanks for the speedy replies!
Given your responses, I feel happy knowing that there are people who are both able and willing to help others learn what is not an intuitively easy subject. I'll be posting my issues up as they arise..
Its interesting and exciting that as an ex-management consultant (I have a BBA in marketing & finance) I can merge up both the worlds of business theory and OOA/D using these tools, especially Coad's book. It also seems to be a sure-fire way to move towards an SCEA designation.. a specialty where the demand will probably be less volatile than for Java work alone.
Regards,
Steven, SCJP2
