I've been developing but never I made documentation on it, or follow a development process.
Could you recomend me any tutorial or online manual about Software Engineering in which I can learn the whole process of doing software since analisys and how to document, diagrams. Or a good book I have to read. Thanks

If I understand you correctly, your question is more about technical documentation than user documentation? In that case, take a look at http://www.agilemodeling.com/

If you're interested in software engineering, this could be a good place to start: Software Engineering Body of Knowledge.

Thank you very much for your answers and yes it is about technical documentation. I'll take a look and I'll start to study. Bye

A good book on documenting the design aspects of a Java system is "UML for Java Programmers" by Robert C. Martin.
