I have a requirement of adding shopping cart and integrate it with paypal in a website.
I am thinking which is a best solution, either to develop everything in j2ee or integrate a readymade software?

Which is a better approach in term of time and cost?

Moving to general computing since this is not the correct forum for this.

before you build your own, i would look into a free shopping cart called OS Commerce. a lot of the really cheap e-commerce hosting sites use it along with Pay Pal.
