related to encryption alomg with password protection

Hi All,
I am working at CTS i got a problemn which i am unable to solve, can any one suggest a solution

Problemn Statement:
I have to encrypt and zip a file but, when i try to open the zip file ie double click on the zip file it has to prompt for a password and if the password is correct then decrypt the file and open it, How could this task be achieved through java any tjird party jars do I need to use in my prog. Just let me know as soon as possible.

The java.util.zip package can't read or write password-protected zip files, but I think Winzip (which can handle passwords) can be used through the command line, which would allow a Java program to call it through Runtime.exec.
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
