I became SCJP yesterday. I passed with 91%(54 out of 59). Exam was easy to pass, but if you want to get a good score you need to work hard. I used to get 70-75% in the mocks and apparently I did get good score in the real exam. I already have two certifications one in MCP (VB 5.0) and OCP (Developer). But, becoming SCJP is nice thing. The exam itself is good.
My suggestions for future SCJPs
1. Concentrate on each question in the real exam
2. Be good at fundas (I missed all 4 in fundas only)
3. Threads (I got 7) and I/O (I got 5) are not scary, if you read them thoroughly (I/O - KAM enough, Threads RHE enough).
4. Do not miss Util and Lang pack questions. These are very easy.
My preparation includes
1. Books : KAM and RHE
2. Commercial software : JQuest
3. All MOCK exams avilable on the web.

Congrats.
I am in a bit doubt. Eveyone says that the toughness level is similiar to Marcus Green mock exams. Could you throw some light on this.
Thanks
