Yesterday I passed SCWCD with passing scope 83%. Litter bit sadness as I confidently should I get 100%. My experiences was: good plan, good book, good management, good JavaRanch compounded. Total I spend 40 days after I pass scjp. Questions pretty easy and tricky. one drag and drop question on life cycle in JSP spend 5 minutes try to find the way of how to drop. Design Pattern quite easy, 2 questions refer to front components. distributed in JVM topics cover 3 questions. Reusable web components section questions litter more hard than I expected. Many questions refer to JavaBeans. Custom Tags section not any coding but lot of methods & constaints names. Jwebplus 350 questions good in depth but less width. Each questions I practise more than 3 times and think more. Books recommmanded by JavaRanch very well and enough. I spend 2 weeks look through book, 1 weeks practise all lab questions, 3 weeks done all each questions and each day I spend not less than 6 hours. I come from Melbourne in AU now I next step is XML and hunt for job.
thank JavaRanch guys
