I passed the SCJP about 40 days ago, then registered for and passed the SCWCD last week. Comparing the examination score reports for the two exams I find that the Candidate ID fields are different.
Given that the Candidate ID for the SCJP is the account ID for my Certmanager account leads me to believe that somehow my two test scores are now registered under two different accounts.
For the SCJP I called the Prometric free phone number to register, a process that was so painful that I decided never to undergo it again. So I registered online for the SCWCD and found that Prometric had no account for me that I could locate, so I set up one on the spot. Prometric apparently assinged me a new Candidate ID, so now I have two identities. Help!

I haven't dealt with this for Sun exams before, but I know it's not terribly unusual for Prometric to have a situation like this. It's also pretty easy for them to resolve. You should contact Prometric with details on the two candidate IDs and related exams, and they should be able to straighten it out within a few days.
It's a bit of a hassle, but I've seen it happen with several others and it did always get resolved correctly.

Hi Alfred,
I too had the same problem and got it resolved. You have to send an e-mail to prometric stating the problem(mention both Candidate IDs). They will merge the two accounts into a single one and assign you a new Candidate ID.
