Congratulations to me , I've passed SCBCD with 92% < i'm so sad because it's not 100% ,

actually i was thinking of SCEA but i think first i can pursue SCWCD - to acuire knowledge in both UI and Business layer- then I can go for SCEA for more logical view,
but i want to ask you about IBM OO analysis cert. -i guess there r many here who had this cert.- what is the diff between it and SCEA and what do you think which is better for me now - as i don't want to be vendor dependent - ,
