finally cleared SCMAD..
wouldnt have been possible without this forum.

thanks to Sathya notes.. cant get any better.. just the right thing to study in the end..

bought Whizlab SCMAD kit.. costed just Rs500 online.. the tests there are much more tougher than the original one.. 5 tests in all.. give you a good practice..

initially i thought, how can anyone study JSR's.. but when i studied CLDC jsr, it was just too good.. provided all the information that you need..

Jonathan Knudsen's From Beginning to Novoice, is the most suitable book which one can use for preparing SCMAD.. and also while coding in day to day use..

happy to be a member of the scmad community.. :-)

thanks a lot to all of you..

Kartik Great Score !!

do you think it is absolutely necessary to go to JSRs for all topics?
aint' JK's book (beginner to proff...) and satya's notes enough?

i think so sathya notes and jonathan knudsen book (novoice to.. ) are enough to clear certification.. i am also working on J2EE technology and wanna shift on to mobile domain.. and think so this is one of the ways to cover my inexperience in mobile domain..

stydy CLDC jsr.. both 1.0 and 1.1.. midp jsr conatins a lot of api documentation which you can skip.. however security part of it is good and gives a lot of information..

Congrats Kartik!

That's a fine score on a tough exam!

Let's slide this over to the results forum for more well deserved celebrations
