If you keep an eye on IBM's site, now and again they offer free certification through their program. This year, they're offering the four DB2 exams for free during various months.
The site to keep an eye on is http://www.ibm.com/certify .

The short answer is no. No one pays attention to online certifications. I am the only one skilldrill certified in [incr TCL/TK]. I put that on my resume. I also list my 8 "real" certifications. I do not list my other 30 Brainbench and Skilldrill certifications. Online certifications are a good learning tool. They are probably worth putting on the resume for someone without experience. In some countries, the cost of certifications in US dollars is high, which creates an interest in free certifications.

I used my brainbench.com certs in HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Windows95/98 OS to land me a job teaching computer courses. ( and getting free courseware in almost any field I want. MCSE, CCNA, CIW, A+, etc etc.) Of course, I put it down on the resume HTML. Not HTML from Online certs. Catch the drift?
So they do come in handy. But I do have to say, "real" certifications give you more confidence and more bargining power.
Summary:
Beginner looking for new career?
Online Certs work.
Experienced person looking for better pay?
Hit the books, and schedule a test!

there r a few i think so , but how much they r valid is a big question!!!
well, brainceh is there, and few mock tests ,and e-certifications.com are present ,but they r not so valid,like Sun ,Ms, and IBM .so Better go for paid one
